Our Staff
Michael D. Cain, CPA, is a graduate of California State University, Northridge in 1982, where he received his degree in accounting. Michael has forty years of public accounting experience, including a number of years with large independent firms. He specializes in providing accounting and tax expertise to the small business community. Michael has extensive experience with entertainment companies, manufacturing, and retailing, as well as tax controversy and tax planning. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Nairie Torossian, CPA, started her career at Cain & Company as an intern in October 2000, while attending California State University at Northridge. She graduated in 2003 with a degree in accounting and earned her CPA license in February 2007. Nairie specializes in payroll tax, sales tax, and QuickBooks training. Nairie has extensive experience in performing accounting, auditing, and tax services. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of CPAs.
